Designation |
Model
number for hoist designation is explained as
follows:
3101 D 1 2
3101 = Hoist Frame
D = Gearbox Code
1 = Drum Length
2 = Parts of Rope |
4.) Electrical
Controls
Complete electrical controls are available for all hoists
and trolleys. Controls are mounted in NEMA 12 enclosures
and wired in compliance with the National Electric Code.
Standard electrical controls include pre-wired control panel
with IEC magnetic contactors, thermal overloads, timer delay,
and fused circuit protection.
5.) Pushbutton
Station
Pushbutton station comes standard with 18 feet of pendant
cable.
Additional Pendant Cable lengths are available.
Standard control circuit voltage is 110V.
6.) Main
Contactor and Overload Switch is available
| Special
Features: |
- Travel
limit switch for Trolley
- Weight
operated upper limit switch, control circuit
Note:
Increase Hoist Headroom
by 6 inches when adding a weight operated
upper limit switch

7.) Variable
Frequency Control
460 Volt Adjustable Frequency Control System programmed
for (2) step operation using standard (2) detent pushbutton
operator controls. The 2nd step offers infinitely variable
speed. Variable frequency controls are a completely installed
and wired system, with the required panel modifications
and deletion of standard magnetic controls.
The system
is functionally tested at the factory prior to shipment,
and set at 3Hz and 60 Hz high. Key pad programming allows
easy field adjustment of speed parameters. Factory setting
provides a speed range of 4-80 FPM, based on 1800 RPM
motors.
| Variable
Frequency Controls consist of: |
1.
Controls
2. 120V Control Voltage Interface Card
3. Brake Contactor
4. Branch Fusing
5. Thermal Overload Protection
6. Dynamic Braking Resistors
7. Braking Transistors
8. Rated for H-4 Duty Class using Heavy Duty Resistors |
